Reputation - The best way to find out about exchanges is to search through reviews from individual users and well-known industry websites. You can ask any questions that you might have on forums such as Bitcoin Talk or Reddit.Fees - Most exchanges must have information regarding fees on their website. Before joining, make sure you understand deposits, transactions, and withdrawal fees. Fees can vary substantially depending on the exchange you are using.
Geographical Restrictions - Certain user functions offered by exchanges can only be accessed from certain countries. Make sure the exchange you want to follow allows full access to all platform tools and functions in the country where you are currently residing.
Exchange Rates - Different exchanges have different rates. You will be surprised how much you can save if you shop. It's not unusual for rates to fluctuate up to 10% and even higher in some cases.
